Cinnamon Mornings and Chocolate Dreams

Ingredients:
Praline:
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup butter (melted)

Toss first three ingredients together set aside.

Muffins:
2 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. each ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg
1/4 tsp. each allspice, clove
1 cup pumpkin, fresh cooked or canned
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup buttermilk
1 large egg
1/3 cup oil
4 tbsp. marmalade
1/2 cup golden raisin

Instructions:
Sift dry ingredients together, set aside. Mix pumpkin, sugar, buttermilk, oil, egg and marmalade together. Mix all together and add raisins. Spoon mix into well greased muffin pans or into paper muffin cups. Fill individual pans or paper cases 3/4 way up. Spoon over praline topping. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Cool in pans for 2-3 minutes.
