Ingredients: 1 Loaf (16 oz ) Pepperidge Farms Cinnamon Swirl Bread, cut into cubes 3/4 cup dried crannberries 6 eggs beaten 3 cups of half and half 2 tsp vanilla extract cinnamon sugar Whipped butter Maple syrup Instructions: Place bread cubes and cranberries in greased 9x13 shallow baking dish. Mix eggs, half and half and vanilla. Pour over all. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Uncover. Bake at 350 degrees, for 45 minutes or until golden brown. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar. Serve with whipped butter and syrup. Notes: Great holiday dish! |
