Ingredients:
1 Lb. link sausage
4-5 slices sourdough bread, cubed, crusts removed
2 c. grated cheddar or Monterey Jack Cheese
3/4 tsp. dry mustard
5 eggs
2 1/4 c. milk
1 small can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 soup can of milk

Brown, drain and cut up sausage. Spray Pam on 9 x 13 baking dish. Scatter bread cubes on bottom, then add cheese and sausage. Whisk eggs with mustard and then add milk. Pour over bread mixture, then top with soup mixed with milk. Refrigerate overnight. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour 15 minutes. Strata is done when egg mixture is set - soup mixture on top will appear runny. Let sit 5 minutes before cutting and serving. Serves 10.
