Ingredients: 6 cups rolled oats
2 cups wheat germ
1 cup whole almonds
1 cup slivered almonds
1 cup pecan pieces
1 cup coconut
1 cup sunflower seed (non salted)
1/2 cup sesame seed
1/2 cup raisins (golden)
1/2 cup chopped dried apricots
1/2 cup dried cranberries
3/4 cup sunflower oil
3/4 cup honey
1/2 cup pure Quebec maple syrup
1/3 cup water
1 Tbls pure vanilla
Grind of one orange
Instructions: Heat oven to 350.
In a large bowl, mix all dry ingredients except raisins, dried appricots, and cranberries.
In separate bowl, mix all wet ingredients and add to dry ingredients.
On cookie sheets, bake for 20 minutes, mix every 5-8 minutes to prevent burning.
Remove when darkened, add dried fruit and bake for 5 minutes more.
Allow to cook, then place in covered glass container.
Enjoy with yogurt or with milk!
