Ingredients:
2 Apple Bananas, peeled and frozen overnight
2 cups fresh squeezed orange or tangerine juice
1 cup Hawaiian sweet pineapple, fresh or frozen overnight
1 cup ice cubes

Instructions:
Blend until smooth. Recipe can be modified by adding additional fresh fruit, such as strawberries, soursop, papaya, mango.

Notes:
This smoothie is dairy free with no added sugar or artificial ingredients. The frozen banana makes it very creamy and smooth. The quality of the ingredients is what makes this recipe so special.
