Ingredients: 1 lb pitted prunes 1 lb dried apricots 1 lg can pineapple chunks with juice 1 lg can mandarin oranges with 1/2 the juice 1 can cherry pie filling juice of 1 lemon Instructions: Layer in a glass ball in the order the ingredients are listed. Cover and bake at 350 for 1 hour. Serve hot or cold. Notes: My guests can't get enough of this dish. They create wonderful ways in which to use it, on yogart, on cereal, on granola and bread. |
