Cinnamon Mornings and Chocolate Dreams

Cook Time: 20 minPrep Time: 15 min
Yield: 1 dozenInactive Prep Time: 10 min

Ingredients:
1/3 cup OAT (not instant)
3/4 cup Milk
1/2 cup Margarine or butter
1/3 cup Brown Sugar
2 Egg
1/2 tspn Vanilla
1 1/2 cup Flour
1 tblspn Magic powder
1/4 tspn Salt
1/2 cup Crushed Wallnuts

Instructions:
.Mix Oat and milk in a small bowl and let stand for 10 minutes.

.Beat together the margarine and brown sugar in a large bowl. Add the eggs one by one and mix. Add the vanilla and the mix in the small bowl (milk and oat).

.Add the flour, magic powder, salt, and nuts. Stir lightly, enough to moist all the ingredients. Not more than that.

. Fill 3/4 of each unit from a greased muffin pan.

. Oven at 400F for 15 to 20 minutes.
