Ingredients: 1/4 cup melted butter 1 cup all purpose flour 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 cup sugar 1 cup milk 1 quart fruit (blueberries, strawberries or any other berry of your choice) Instructions: In the bottom of a 2 quart dish melt the butter. In a large bowl combine the remaining ingrediants. Pour the batter into the dish. Add the fruit. Bake at 325 f for about an hour. |
