Cook Time: 40 minPrep Time: 10 min
Yield: 20 servings 

Ingredients:
5 ea. Potato's Diced
1 Purple Onion Diced
5 Slices Bacon
2 Qts. cream
1 1/2 gallon milk
3 tbs curry pwr.
3 tbs garlic pwr.
2 tbs salt
3 tbs pepper
1 tbs basil
1 tbs thyme
5 tbs Cajun seasoning
2 1/2 shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions:
Place all ingredients in a soup pot except the cheese and bring to a boil. Simmer until potato's become tender. Reduce heat and stir in cheddar.
