Ingredients: 2 cups Swiss cheese, finely shredded 2 cups mayonnaise 2 cups Vidalia onion, finely chopped 2 TBS. grated Parmesan cheese Instructions: Combine Swiss cheese, onion and mayonnaise in medium bowl, stirring well. Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 1-qt. baking dish. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 325 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Serve warm with an assortment of crackers. |
