Ingredients: 5 slices white bread, toasted and crumbled 1 stick butter, softened 3/4 cup sugar 3 eggs 1 20-oz. can crushed pineapple, undrained Instructions: Cream together butter and sugar. Add eggs, beating until smooth. Stir in pineapple and bread crumbs. Bake in a buttered 9x13 inch casserole dish at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until set and slightly golden. Serve warm or cold. Notes: This recipe was given to me by my Sister-In-Law, Carol Bailey. It's one of the family favorites! |
