Ingredients: 2 3-oz. pkg. apricot Jello 2/3 cup sugar 2/3 cup water 1 lg. can crushed pineapple, undrained 2 4-3/4 oz jars apricot baby food 1 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened 1 can condensed milk, chilled 1 1/2 cups chopped nuts Instructions: Combine gelatin, sugar and water ina small saucepan; bring to a boil, stirring. Remove from heat. Stir in fruit and baby food. Set aside to cool. Combine condensed milk and cream cheese, beating until smooth. Stir into gelatin mixture and add nuts. Pour into a 9-cup mold and chill until firm. |
