Ingredients: 1/3cup red river cereal. 1/2/cup apple cider, 1 1/2 cup water, 1 apple cut in small cubes, 1/3cup, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and almonds slivers. two sticks of cinnamon. Add cranberries for 2 minutes last. Instructions: Place in a large bowl all but the cranberries. micowave for 3 minutes at a time 3 or four times.let rest in between, add 1/2 cup of cranberry in the last 3 minutes. then serve on the side with Yogart & Maple Syrup this gives you all the food groups |
