Ingredients:
15 eggs
1 1/2 pints heavy cream
1/2 cup honey
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 loaf French Bread

Instructions:
Beat eggs, cream, honey and nutmeg. Slice bread into 10 slices. Dip into egg mixture and arrange in greased 9x13" pan. Pour remaining egg mixture over bread. Cover and refrigerate overnight-turning slices once. Uncover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serve with warm maple syrup.
