Cinnamon Mornings and Chocolate Dreams

Ingredients:
1 boneless rolled pork loin roast (2-1/2-3 lbs.)
1 can (16 oz.) jellied whole cranberry sauce
½ cup sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
¼ tsp. ground cloves
2 Tbl. Cornstarch
2 Tbl. Cold water


Instructions:
Place roast in a crock pot or baking pan.
In a bowl, mash together cranberry sauce, sugar, mustard and cloves.
Pour mixture over roast.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours. (250 degrees if done in oven) Remove roast. Pour juices into a sauce pan, skimming the fat.
Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
Combine water and cornstarch to form a paste, stir into gravy.
Cook and stir until it is thickened, adding salt to taste.
Serves 4-6.
