Ingredients: 3 large boneless chicken pieces (halved) or 6 small 6 thin slices baked ham 6 oz. Swiss cheese, cut into 6 sticks ¼ cup flour 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine 1 can (3-4 oz.) sliced mushrooms 1/3 cup dry white wine ¼ cup Heinz 57 Sauce Season chicken with salt and pepper Instructions: Pound each chicken piece flat (pound between pieces of waxed paper.) Place a ham slice and cheese stick on each breast. Tuck in the sides, roll jelly roll fashion pressing to seal. Tie securely with kitchen thread or use toothpicks. Coat rolls in flour; lightly brown in butter. Place rolls in 10x6 inch baking dish. In same skillet, stir in mushrooms and next 3 ingredients; heat. Pour over chicken, cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour until tender. Serve with rice. |
