Ingredients:
1 Anjou pear
1 Tbl. Sugar
2 Tbl. Cream
Butter
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Peel each pear, cut in half lengthwise and remove seeds. Generously butter a baking dish just large enough to hold the pears. Sprinkle dish with half the sugar. Sprinkle with the remaining sugar and bake for 20 minutes. Remove form oven. Pour cream over pears and return to oven for 15 minutes. Serve pears hot from oven.
Use as many pears as needed for your guests, just increase the ingredients accordingly.
