Cinnamon Mornings and Chocolate Dreams

Ingredients:
10 orange crepes
10 slices Danish ham, sliced thin
1 package cream cheese
3 teaspoons honey mustard
Cranberry/Orange marmalade
Orange slice garnish

Instructions:
Make traditional crepe batter, adding 3 tablespoons orange rind and 1 teaspoon orange flavoring extract. Cook crepes and set aside.

Mix together cream cheese and honey mustard.

Make cranberry/orange marmalade using fresh or canned cranberry sauce and orange marmalade. You must use whole berry sauce. Mix together.

In morning, spread cream cheese mixture on each crepe, add slice of ham and roll up. Bake at 325 for 15 minutes. Top with marmalade and garnish with orange slice twist. Can be made ahead.
