Cinnamon Mornings and Chocolate Dreams

Cook Time: 1 hr 30 minPrep Time: 1 hr
Yield: 16 servings 

Ingredients:
2 Sticks Butter (Softened)
2 Cups Sugar
6 Eggs
1 Box (11 Oz.) Vanilla Wafers (Crushed)
½ Cup Milk
¼ Cup Flaked Coconut (or to taste)
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
1 Cup Whole Pecans



Instructions:
Preheat Oven: 350°F
Preparation Time: 15 Minutes, Ready In: 1 Hour 30 minutes, Servings: 16
Cream butter and sugar well.
Add one egg at a time, beating well after each one.
Add wafers, milk, coconut, vanilla and mix well.
Mix in whole pecans slowly (try not to crush them).
Pour mixture into a well greased 9" x 13" glass/ceramic pan
Bake for 1 Hour & 30 Minutes or until golden brown. When finished baking, serve by itself or with a whipped cream topping!
