Cinnamon Mornings and Chocolate Dreams

Cook Time: 20 minPrep Time: 20 min
Yield: 8 servings 

Ingredients:
crepe batter: in blender place-
4 eggs, 2c flour, 1/4c melted butter, 2c milk. Blend.
Filling: 1c cream cheese, 1/4c sour cream, 1/4c smoked salmon, 1/8c grated cucumber, dill to taste.

Instructions:
cook 1/8 c batter at a time in crepe pan, repeat til all batter is cooked (makes 16 crepes)

stir all filling ingredients together until blended, fill 2 tbl filling in each crepe, roll up and bake for aprox 20min at 350f until hot throughout and puffed up.
serve 2 crepes each, you can garnish with cucumber slices, smoked salmon pieces and dill sprigg.

Notes:
Gourmet dish that can be made the day before and baked in the morning!
