Ingredients: 8 slices Texas toast 6 eggs 2 1/2 cups whole milk 1/2 cup brown sugar 1 t vanilla 1/4 c toasted pecans 1/2-1 c fresh or frozen blueberries Instructions: Place bread in 9x13 pans with each serving overlapping each other. Blend eggs, milk, brown sugar and vanilla til well mixed. Pour over bread soaking each piece. Sprinkle with pecans and blueberries. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Preheat oven to 375, bake 30 minutes. Serve with confectionary sugar, warm syrup and butter. |
