Ingredients: Recipe: � C. Shortening 1 C. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla extract 2 eggs 3 large ripe bananas, mashed 1 � C. all purpose flour 1 tsp. baking soda � tsp. salt Instructions: Cream together the shortening, sugar, and vanilla. Add the eggs and beat well. Blend in the mashed bananas. Add the flour, soda, and salt. Bake in a 350 degree oven in greased and lightly floured muffin pans for about 15 minutes or until brown. Nuts may be added if desired. Makes about 15 muffins. |
