Yield: 4 servings 

Ingredients:
1 Cup fresh fruit
1 cup natural yoghurt
1 banana
1 cup fruit juice (apple/orange/mango)
Extra sweetening to raste, I use honey.

Place in blender and whizz until smooth.
Enjoy!!

Notes:
This is a great way to start you day and ingredients can be changed to use what you have...frozen fruit works well too.
