Ingredients: Any type of granola 1 banana Two of your favorite flavor yogurts Wymans frozen mixed berries(blueberry, stawberry, raspberry)about 1/2 cup Can of your favorite whipped cream Peace of semi dark chocolate for grating Two sprigs of fresh mint. Instructions: In a bowl blend the two yougurts and one cup of whipped cream until smooth. In a pretty desert dish stemmed if you have it. Put a layer of granola in the bottom about and inch deep. Next put on a layer of the yogurt whipped cream mixture. In the microwave defrost the mixed berries until they are defrosted and the syrup appears. Spoon about a tablespoon of the mixed berries onto the granola. Slice about six slices of banana and layer it on top of the berries. Add another layer of the yogurt mixture. Squirt a dollop of whipped cream in the center and slice about four slice of banan to go around the whipped cream, Add a sprig if fresh mint to the whipped cream and sprinkle with the shaved dark chocolate. Serve immediately Notes: Another delightful way to star your morning breakfast. Fruit yougurts blended with whipped cream, layered in between yogurt, mixed wild berries and bananas. Served in a pretty dish with a dollop of whipped cream, shaved chocolate and fresh mint. |
