Ingredients: 2 boneless chicken breasts 1TBS of butter A flat pan with flour 1/2 TSP fresh chopped garlic 1 cup of button mushrooms 1/2 cup of quartered artichokes 1/2 a cup of sherry 1/4 cup of heavy cream Salt & Pepper Instructions: Trim the chicken pieces and lightly pound to even 1/2 thick pieces. Cut each piece in half Melt butter in a sauce pan Dredge Chicken in flour & sautee in butter until cooked. Add garlic, mushrooms, artichokes and sautee together for 5 minutes add sherry, heavy cream and Salt & Pepper to taste Reduce at high heat for approximately 5 minutes, until reduced by half. Notes: With this recipe, you will find plenty of time for a slow dance after dinner. |
