Ingredients: 1-15 ounce canned pumpkin 3 Cups sugar 1 Cup vegetable oil 4 large eggs 3 ½ Cups flour 2 tsp baking soda 2 tsp salt 1 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp nutmeg 1 tsp all-spice ½ tsp ground cloves 2/3 C water Instructions: Beat all ingredients except for water on low for 3 minutes. Add water until blended. Pour batter into 2 greased and floured bread pans. Bake @ 350 for 1 hour 15 minutes. |
