Cinnamon Mornings and Chocolate Dreams

Ingredients:
4 cups raw rolled oats
1 cup slivered almonds
1/2 cup broken pecans
1/2 cup wheat germ
1/2 cup sesame seeds
1/2 cup raw sunflower seeds
1/3 cup shredded coconut
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
1 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup powdered milk
1/3 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup dried currants
2 tbsp. grated orange peel

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix first 3 ingredients and place in hot heavy skillet and toast on medium low, stir constantly for 5 minutes. Add next 4 ingredients and toast 10 more minutes - till light brown. Sprinkle in brown sugar and salt and stir 2-5 more minutes.
Mix toasted mixture and remaining ingredients well and place in greased baking dish. Bake in 350 degree oven till golden brown and sticks together, about 30 minutes. Cool, break up and place in airtight container and store up to one month.
