Ingredients:
2 ripe avocados, scooped into a bowl and mashed with a fork
juice of 1/2 a lemon
2 green onions, finely sliced
1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
2 Tsp chopped fresh cilantro
salt and pepper to taste
