Ingredients:
1 cup flour
1/3 cup sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/3 cup orange juice
3/4 cup yogurt
1 egg


Instructions:
Combine flour, sugar, baking soda and baking powder. Stir in egg, orange juice and yogurt. Let rest 5 minutes. Cook on hot griddle, turning, until both sides are golden brown.
