Ingredients: 1 cup dark brown sugar
1 stick butter
4 teaspoons vanilla
1 cup sour cream
Instructions: On stovetop, melt butter on medium-low heat.
Add brown sugar and stir to disolve.
Add vanilla, remove from heat
Briskly stir in sour cream until blended well.
Serve warm, or better yet chill for 2 hours to thicken.
Notes: Best served with tart apple slices - Granny Smiths or Empires.
