Cook Time: 45 minPrep Time: 15 min
Yield: 6 servings

Ingredients:
1/2 cup wild Maine blueberries
5 slices cinnamon swirl bread, lightly toasted, cubed
1/4 cup butter, melted
2 eggs
2/3 cup sugar
2 cups milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:
Sprinkle blueberries over bottom of a buttered 9-inch casserole. Placed cubed bread in casserole, pour melted butter over and toss.

Beat eggs, sugar, milk and vanilla together and pour over bread. Sprinkle with cinnamon if desired.

Set casserole in a larger baking pan, and add enough hot water so that casserole is sitting in ¾-inch of water. Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for 45 minutes or until bread is browned and a knife blade comes out clean.

Notes:
Delicious served hot with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
