Cook Time: 50 minPrep Time: 15 min
Yield: 2 dozen

Ingredients:
1 C margarine, 1 1/2 C brown sugar, 1 t cinnamon, 6 slices bread (Pepperidge Farm thick sliced French Toast)is best. Cream cheese - (honey nut is great), 8-9 eggs, pinch salt, 1 1/2 C milk (I use about half flavored creamer), Chipped pecans

Instructions:
Spray 13 x 9 baking dish with cooking spray. Spread each slice bread with light layer of cream cheese & place in dish. In separate bowl, melt margarine & brown sugar. Set aside. Mix cinnamon, eggs, salt & milk & pour over bread. Top with brown sugar mixture. Sprinkle pecans over entire dish. Cover with foil & refrigerate overnight. Next morning, leave covered & bake at 350 degrees for about 50 minutes or until lightly browned. Cut into 2" squares & dust with powdered sugar!

Notes:
Although it is very rich without it, you can serve with pecan maple or other syrup.
