Ingredients: A Butter Cookie recipe converted to "tea cakes". 1 egg, 1 tsp vanilla, 1 stick margarine, 1 8 oz. pkg cream cheese, 1 pkg Duncan Hines Butter Cake Mix, powdered sugar Instructions: Preheat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients except powdered sugar. (will be consistency of mashed potatoes). Prepare tart pan with cooking spray. Fill each about 1/2 full. Bake about 10-12 minutes, or until lightly browned. Cool a few minutes, then remove from pan. Dust with powdered sugar. Makes 3 dozen. Notes: Tip: Try the Honey Nut & Strawberry Cream Cheese for variety! Yummy! |
