Ingredients: 6 pieces chicken tenderloin pan fried or grilled 2 handfulls grapes 1 package of Barilla Plus Rottini 1/4 cup toasted pine nuts 2 cups seedless grapes halved 1 1/3 cups celery chopped 1 cup of frozen peas cooked 1 cup vidallia/sweet onion chopped 1 cup shredded parmesean cheese Mayonaise/miracle whip to taste Salt and pepper to taste Instructions: Cook pasta according to package instructions Chop up cooked chicken tenderloins combine the rest of the ingredients in a large bowl. Can be served immediatly or chilled. Notes: A quick tastey lunch or snack! |
