Ingredients:
One whole banana
Slices of fresh mango & kiwi
Brown sugar
Heavy Cream

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Place whole banana on baking sheet and bake for approximately 10 minutes until banana is black and soft to the touch. Remove and with a sharp knife take the top portion of the peeling off. Slice the soft banana the length of the fruit and insert mango & kiwi. Sprinkle with brown sugar and pour heavy cream over fruit.
