Cook Time: 15 minPrep Time: 15 min
Yield: 3 dozen

Ingredients:
1 2/3 cups all purpose flour
3/4 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 sticks softened butter
3/4 cup packed dark brown sugar
1/3 cup white sugar
1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
1 large egg
2 cups white chocolate chips
1 cup shredded coconut
3/4 cup chopped macadamia nuts

Instructions:
Cream butter and sugars on medium speed until fluffy. Add egg and vanilla and beat until smooth (the color should become lighter as it gets fluffier). Add flour, soda, salt & baking powder and mix until just combined. Add chips, coconut and nuts until combined. Drop on parchment or Silpat lined baking sheet in 325 degree oven (310 convection) for about 12-14 minutes until just slightly brown. Cookies become crisper as they cool. For a chewier cookie, decrease cooking time by about 2 minutes; crispier increase by about 2 minutes. Either way - enjoy!
