Ingredients: 6 Tbl melted butter 6 eggs 2 cups milk 2 cups flour pinch of salt Instructions: Heat oven to 400. Spray 6 ounce custard cups with non-stick spray. Beat eggs then add melted and cooled butter. Add two cups milk and 2 cups flour. Beat together then add a pinch of salt. It is best to leave batter slightly lumpy - it should not be smooth. Pour batter into custard cups to 1/4 inch from the top. Place cups on a baking sheet and cook for 50 minutes. You may be tempted to peek but don't open the door for at least 45 minutes. Serve with butter, jam or, a favorite here at Adair...maple syrup. |
