I just want you to know that I feel this is the greatest list of breakfast food recipes that I have ever come across. Believe me, I surf the web many hours a day and I am lucky to have found this web site. Keep up the good work.

Cook Time: 50 minPrep Time: 10 min
Yield: 6 servings

Ingredients:
6 Tbl melted butter
6 eggs
2 cups milk
2 cups flour
pinch of salt

Instructions:
Heat oven to 400. Spray 6 ounce custard cups with non-stick spray.
Beat eggs then add melted and cooled butter. Add two cups milk and 2 cups flour. Beat together then add a pinch of salt. It is best to leave batter slightly lumpy - it should not be smooth.
Pour batter into custard cups to 1/4 inch from the top. Place cups on a baking sheet and cook for 50 minutes. You may be tempted to peek but don't open the door for at least 45 minutes.
Serve with butter, jam or, a favorite here at Adair...maple syrup.
