Ingredients:
4 mashed ripe bananas
1 cup papaya (small cubes)
1 cup sugar
1 tbsp butter
1 ½ cup flour
1 ½ tsp baking soda
1 egg


Instructions:
Mix bananas, sugar, butter, flour and baking soda. Add papaya cubes and beaten egg in the center of the preparation. Stir with fork. Bake 40 minutes at 350°F.



Notes:
Serve for breakfast with fruits of the season and a full cup of fresh roasted Costa Rican Coffee.

Can be served as dessert - just add a small scoop of vanilla or papaya flavored ice cream !!!
