Ingredients: 1 can Mushroom with Garlic soup
2 T Concord Foods Original Roasted potato seasoning mix
1 C sour cream
2 T vegetable oil
½ stick butter, melted
1 2 Lb. Bag frozen potato cubes, defrosted
Instructions: Preheat oven to 350°.
Spray 9x13 pan with PAM.
Put all ingredients into pan and stir until thoroughly mixed.
Bake for 1 hour.
