Ingredients: 6 Bananas 1 1/4 cup orange juice 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 cup quick oats 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/2 tsp. nutmeg 1/2 tsp. salt 6 tbsp. butter Instructions: Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Slice a bananas 1/2 inch thick into each greased into a 1 cup size ramekin bowl.(1 banana per person. Mix vanilla and juice together pour over bananas. In a mixing bowl combine flour, oats, brown sugar, nutmeg and salt, cut in the butter until it resembles small peas. Spoon over bananas and bake for 20 mins. Serve with whipped cream. |
