Cinnamon Mornings and Chocolate Dreams

Cook Time: 5 minPrep Time: 15 min
Yield: 4 servings 

Ingredients:
1 cup flour
1 cup heavy oats
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1 Tablespoon brown sugar
1/4 t. salt
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
6 T.butter melted
2 eggs, beaten
2 cups Buttermilk

Instructions:
Stir together dry ingredients.
Mix together liquid ingredients and stir into dry. Let sit for 5 minutes and bake on hot griddle, turning only once.
