Ingredients: 5 eggs Borsin Cheese Asparagus or fresh tomatoes Sour Cream Instructions: Blanch asparagus and cut on a bias. Make a nice stack of them on the plate. Scramble the eggs with a tablespoon of sour cream. In the pan add a tablespoon of flavored borsin cheese with the cooking eggs to incorporate. Once the eggs are cooked heap them on the stack of asparagus. Notes: This dish is so easy and quick and makes you come off looking like a professional chef. |
