Cinnamon Mornings and Chocolate Dreams

Cook Time: 25 minPrep Time: 10 min
Yield: 12 servings 

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup sugar
3 tsp baking powder
1/2 tst salt
1/3 cup oil
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup maple syrup
3/4 cup quick oatmeal
1 cup blueberries

Instructions:
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. In a separate bowl,
combine egg, oil, milk, maple syrup, and oatmeal. Add dry
ingredients all at once to wet ingredients. Stir until barely
moistened, do not over mix. Fold in blueberries.

Fill muffin tins, sprinkle top with granulated sugar. Bake at 375 for
25 to 30 minutes.
