I just want you to know that I feel this is the greatest list of breakfast food recipes that I have ever come across. Believe me, I surf the web many hours a day and I am lucky to have found this web site. Keep up the good work.

Yield: 12 servingsInactive Prep Time: 8 hr

Ingredients:
4 ripe bananas, peeled & mashed
1 - 14oz. can sweetened condensed milk (Carnation)
2 cup whipping cream

Instructions:
In a large bowl, combine bananas, condensed milk and heavy cream and
whisk together until smooth. Pour the banana mixture into an 9”x13”x2” baking
dish or a large stainless bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze until softly set,
stirring occasionally. This should take about 2 hours or so.

Transfer the semi-frozen banana mixture to a large bowl using an electric
hand mixer or your stand mixer. Beat the ice cream until fluffy. Return to the same
glass dish, cover and freeze until firm (about 6 hours). This can be made ahead.
Great with desserts that are complemented by the flavor of banana. Serves 12.
