Cinnamon Mornings and Chocolate Dreams

Cook Time: 20 minPrep Time: 10 min
Yield: 4 servings 

Ingredients:
wet ingredients:

4 eggs
1 cup half n half
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup sugar
3 TBSP melted butter (cooled)

dry ingredients:
1 cup AP flour
1/4 tsp salt

topping:
1 granny smith apple
cinnamon
sugar
2 TBSP melted butter




Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350. Mix wet ingredients. Add dry ingredient mix until no lumps. Spray a non-stick 8-12" skillet with cooking spray and pour in batter. Slice or use a mandolin to slice peeled apple thinly. Decoratatively disply apple on top of batter with apple. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Drizzle with melted butter.

Bake for 20 minutes at 350 until puffs up and starts to brown.

Optional: Serve sprinkled with powdered sugar and real maple syrup.
