Cinnamon Mornings and Chocolate Dreams

Ingredients: Dry: 1 1/2 cup Bisquick 1 Tbsp Sugar 1 tsp. Baking Powder Liquid: 1/4 cup maple syrup 3/4 cup milk 2 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla and/or 1 tsp almond extract Cooking spray or butter for pyrex dishes or cupcake pans. Instructions: Mix dry ingredients together in a medium bowl, breaking up any lumps. Mix liquid ingredients together in large measuring cup Slowly add liquid ingredients to dry ingredients, mixing well until all dry ingredients are moistened. Do not beat mixture. Let the mix set for a few minutes. Pour into 8 individual greased pyrex dishes or cupcake pans. Bake at 425F for 12 - 16 minutes until golden brown. Remove promptly and serve with butter and warm maple syrup; or Devonshire cream and fresh fruit. Notes: A great way to make pancakes for a large crowd without having to fry them individually. You may also add fresh or frozen blueberries or pecans, etc. to the mix. |
