Ingredients:
1 package ready-to-bake sugar cookies, 10 to 12 ounce package
1 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
1 6 ounce container pina colada yogurt
1 cup chopped dried pineapple or mango or a combination of dried tropical fruit
1 cup chopped macadamia nuts
¾ ths cup white chocolate chips
1 cup flaked coconut


Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9” x 13” pan with butter-flavored cooking spray. Spread sugar cookie dough in bottom of pan and press down to form an even crust. Mix together the yogurt and sweetened condensed milk. Spread this on top of the cookie dough in the pan. Add the chopped dried tropical fruit, then the nuts, then white chocolate chips and top with the coconut. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 to 35 minutes until the coconut turns a deep golden brown, and cookie is cooked through completely. Makes 16 cookies
