Ingredients: 6 8-10oz boneless pork chop or pork loin w/pocket cut 1 Apple 1 Apricot 1 Peach 1 T Chopped pecans 2 T Apple juice 6 T Orange marmalade Instructions: Mix apple, apricot, peach pecans and apple juice together. Stuff into pocket. Top with 1 T. each orange marmalade. Bake covered 1 ¼ hour at 350 (or until internal temp 165). Serve with wild rice and a steamed green vegetable. Enjoy! |
