Cinnamon Mornings and Chocolate Dreams

Cook Time: 35 minPrep Time: 20 min
Yield: 2 dozen 

Ingredients:
2 Cups all purpose Flour
¾ Cup granulated Sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
¾ Cup packed light brown sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 eggs
1 teaspoon salt
1 ½ Cups uncooked quick oats
1 Cup butter or margarine, softened
1 package Butterscotch Chips, divided



Instructions:
Preheat Oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9x13-inch cake pan.
Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt into a small bowl and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine butter, sugars and eggs. Beat until creamy. Gradually blend in the flour mixture, oats and 1 ½ cups of Butterscotch Chips.
Pour into a prepared pan.
Sprinkle with remaining butterscotch Chips
Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown.
Cool; cut into bars.
