 Prep Time: 30 min
Yield: 4 servingsInactive Prep Time: 4 hr

Ingredients:
10 ozs. white marlin, or sea bass or pealed shrimp, or any 10 oz. combination, six large limes, one small onion, one sweet pepper, half a tomato, a handfull of brocoli, a handfull of cauliflower, two pinches of salt, a large stock of celery, one large dill pickel, 3 ozs. of tomato juice.

Instructions:
Squeeze the limes into a large plastic bowl. Dice the fish, leave shrimps whole, and chop all the vegetables and throw everthing in the bowl. Stri a couple of times adding the tomato juice until the level of the liquid is equal to the level of the solids. Refrigerate for about four hours allowing the lime juice to marinate and 'cook' the seafood then enjoy.

Notes:
Serve it in a dessert dish on a leaf of lettuce (optional), and spoon it onto soda crackers. Costa Ricans often add catsup and mayonaise, but I think this step ruins the taste.
